What is on the menu
The kitchen runs two traditions side by side. From the tandoor and the Indian kitchen: charcoal-grilled Paneer Tikka Royale ($20), Royal Samosa ($14) and Royal Butter Chicken ($42), cooked in a tomato-cashew gravy finished with cream and kasuri methi. From the continental side: Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops ($68), Pan-Seared Duck Breast ($72) and Lobster Thermidor ($95). Our most celebrated plate is the Wagyu Truffle Steak ($125) - A5 Japanese wagyu with black truffle jus and truffle mashed potatoes.
Starters run from $14 to $20, while main courses run from $42 to $125. Desserts include a Classic Tiramisu ($22) and a Creme Brulee ($20), and the drinks list carries our Baazigar Old Fashioned ($24) alongside a Royal Masala Chai ($10). Every dish on the menu page is marked for whether it is vegetarian and carries its own spice level, so guests who want mild food and guests who want heat can both order without guessing.
